ROLLIN NASH, JR.
Mr. Nash received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1980. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is a charter member and past President of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association.
Mr. Nash regularly represents professional trust companies and trust departments. Mr. Nash’s law practice includes estate planning and representing trustees and fiduciaries in administrative transactions and litigation involving trusts and trustees. Also, Mr. Nash’s practice includes asset protection. He has twice been featured in the Oklahoman newspaper regarding Wealth Preservation trusts. He has also been the featured speaker for asset protection for attorneys and certified public accountants for the continuing education requirements.
In addition to his estate planning and trust practice, Mr. Nash regularly represents banks and financial institutions and large national organizations, as well as locally owned business entities and individuals engaged in diverse areas of real estate, commercial and business activities. He frequently represents individuals and entities with respect to structuring new business projects and enterprises, including commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Nash’s legal practice focuses on Estate Planning and Trusts, Asset Protection, Business, Commercial and Real Property Transactions, and Fiduciary and Trust Litigation.
CYNTHIA COHENOUR
Ms. Cohenour received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1974, her Master of Education degree in 1976, and her Juris Doctor in 1987, all from the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, State of Oklahoma, and holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. She serves as treasurer for the Oklahoma City Alumnae Chapter of Iota Tau Tau, an international legal association.
Ms. Cohenour’s legal practice is concentrated in Estate Planning and Trust Administration, Estate and Gift Tax Law, Individual and Fiduciary Income Tax Law, Probate, Guardianship, and Real Property Law.
GARY L. GIESSMANN
Mr. Giessmann received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma in 1975 and his Juris Doctor in 1985 from Oklahoma City University College of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the OCU Moot Court Board (1983-1984). He is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Giessmann is a former full and adjunct professor at Oklahoma City Community College and has taught numerous classes at Moore Norman Vo-Tech. He is a member of the Oklahoma County, Cleveland County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and a member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association.
Mr. Giessmann’s legal practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Collections, Bankruptcy Law and Real Property Law.
DENNIS S. BOXEUR
Mr. Boxeur received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1975 from St. Peters University in New Jersey and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1978, where he was an officer of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. He authored “An Overview of the Oklahoma Securities Act for the General Practitioner”, 51 Oklahoma Bar Journal 9, 1980. Mr. Boxeur served as Associate General Counsel for the Oklahoma Securities Commission from 1978 to 1980. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the Western District of Michigan and Northern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
From 1969 to 1975, Mr. Boxeur was a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and New York Army National Guard. His legal practice includes Civil Litigation, Commercial Law and Arbitration.
KATHRYNE MILLER GROW
Ms. Grow received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2011. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2018, where she was a member of the International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi and was elected to serve as Magister from 2016-2017.
Ms. Grow earned the CALI Award of Excellence, which is awarded to the student with the highest grade in the course as determined by the professor, in both Contracts II and Professional Responsibility. She also lectured on Civil Procedure in her role as an academic fellow at the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Ms. Grow is licensed in the State of Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association. Ms. Grow’s legal practice areas include Business Transactions, Commercial Finance, and Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
PATRICK H. MEE
Mr. Mee received his Bachelor of Arts degree (history, philosophy, and government) from Oklahoma University in 1968 and his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1971, where he was outstanding graduate of Province X of the Phi Delta Phi fraternity. He continued his legal education earning his Master of Laws (in Taxation) from New York University in 1973. Mr. Mee is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Mee is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and Oklahoma County Bar Association. He is a member and instructor for The Tax Forum, and has served as a lecturer for the Oklahoma Tax Conference, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma City Community College. He has had a long participation in the Oklahoma City Lawyers Tax Group and Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council.
Mr. Mee regularly represents clients engaged in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial real estate, undeveloped land, and business entities. He also prepares and reviews contracts and documentation for a variety of projects and performs estate planning and tax planning engagements.
Mr. Mee has been in private practice since 1971 and is Of Counsel to the firm. His legal practice includes Business Organizations, Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, Estate Planning, and Taxation.
KRAETTLI Q. EPPERSON
Mr. Epperson received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science (Urban Administration) from Oklahoma University in 1971, his Master of Science Degree (Urban and Policy Sciences) from the State University of New York at Story Brook in 1974, and his Juris Doctor Degree (Law) from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1978. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, is the past long-time chair of the OBA Title Examination Standards Committee (1988-2020), is a former long-time adjunct Professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law, (1988-2018) teaching Oklahoma Land Titles, is the General Editor and Contributor to the West Oklahoma Real Estate Forms Book (since 2000), and has authored and printed numerous articles on title matters found at www.EppersonLaw.com.
He focuses his practice on assisting individuals and business entities in identifying and curing title defects concerning both surface and mineral titles, and often serves as a consulting or testifying expert. In addition, Mr. Epperson assists local neighborhood associations to interpret and litigate restrictive covenants. He also aids in conducting mediations and arbitrations on title matters.
